Huge congratulations to Ms.Munnelly and to all our students who this afternoon were presented with an award at the ‘Mission Possible School Achievement Awards’ at St.Patrick’s University Hospital in Dublin.
This award saw our school community shortlisted and recognised as having successfully promoted Positive Mental Health Initiatives, focusing on wellbeing, resilience and empowering our students with a tool kit for life. Weaving wellbeing, our garden of positivity, walk in my shoes, wellness boards are important and welcome additions to our school curriculum and initiatives.
Throughout the past number of years Ms.Munnelly has lead a number of transformational projects that have had a huge impact not alone on our students but on our staff members alike. Today was a fitting recognition for this great work. We sincerely appreciate her hard work and passion in ensuring that all our students are given the best chance to succeed in life.
Finally well done to the students who represented their school and colleagues back at base so well earlier.
We are very proud of all our students and their engagement in ensuring Positive Mental Health is at the forefront of all our minds. Maith sibh go léir!
